Humble beginnings…
Award-winning company CASS Supplies Limited was established in 2008 by Managing Director Tom Gent.
After a life-shaping seven-years in the Royal Navy, Tom entered the scaffolding industry at the bottom, as a labourer, at a local Cardiff scaffolding yard. The vast skills and essential knowledge acquired during Tom’s service in the Royal Navy, were evidently transferable as he quickly progressed to being appointed MD within a five-year period.
CASS was subsequently formed, and since its inception, Tom has built an exceptional team who are developing personally and, in turn, ensuring the company’s legacy. Teamwork is fundamental for the CASS family – together overcoming obstacles and growing as a unit. across all departments. Further to the success of CASS, Tom has recently headed a new and exciting group structure; V3 Group set to revolutionalise the construction industry through the collaboration of other award-winning companies, providing full facade solutions.
