How It Started

CASS Supplies started in 2009 by myself Tom Gent and I am the Managing Director today.

I spent seven years in the Royal Navy and learnt essential lessons which I continue to use daily.

After leaving the Royal Navy I worked for a scaffolding company based in the Vale of Glamorgan and here I developed my knowledge by starting at the bottom of the ladder, labouring on the jobs and then I worked up through the ranks to Managing Director within a five-year period.

This is when CASS began.

I have built an exceptional team who are growing and developing as individuals as well as ensuring the longevity of the company. Teamship is the most important lesson for me and the CASS family – we can deal with everything that comes our way, and we do this together.
