Apprenticeship Program

In 2016, CASS launched its in-house apprenticeship program, offering local young people the opportunity to undertake a two-year training course with CITB, while earning a wage and gaining practical experience. Since its inception, we have continued to expand the program, with many dedicated individuals successfully completing their training and securing positions within our scaffolding teams.

In 2023, CASS partnered with Simian Risk at Weston Construction College, further enhancing the program and enriching the experience for our apprentices. Through ongoing partnerships and continuous investment in training, we ensure that our apprentices are well-equipped to succeed in the scaffolding industry.
