CASS 2Wish Upon a Star

CASS are proud to be supporting a very worthy charity called 2Wish Upon a Star. 

At the end of 2018 CASS made the decision to donate all money that would be used to purchase gifts for clients to this charity.  Tom Gent, CASS Managing Director presented the cheque of £600.00 to Gareth Rees from 2Wish Upon a Star which will help with all the amazing work that this organisation does.

2Wish Upon a Star was started in 2012 and provides bereavement support for families who have suddenly and traumatically lost a child or young adult aged 25 years and under. The charity has set up bereavement rooms in every hospital in Wales whereby parents/grandparents/siblings can be helped in their darkest hours.  The charity not only helps with counselling but also provides Memory Boxes for the families.

“This was such an easy decision to make to support this incredible charity.  We as a company have chosen 2Wish Upon a Star as our selected charity for 2019.  Not only have we donated the cheque, but we will be sponsoring a table at the Six Nations Finale Dinner in March, along with me agreeing to play rugby the same day” said Tom Gent, CASS Managing Director.

Tom also stated, “I have also donated two tickets for the Brit Awards tonight in London with access to the after-show party, which I know is going to a great couple that the charity has chosen on our behalf”.

CASS aim to work with the charity throughout 2019 and look forward to being involved in other events.
