CASS and the Olympian!

Tom Gent, CASS Managing Director recently met Mark Colbourne MBE, the Welsh Paralympic Cyclist at an ActionCoach session held in Cardiff.

Following an accident in 2009 whereby Mark broke his back, he was determined to bring himself back and took up cycling through Disability Sport Wales.  Mark went from success to success and the highlight was winning a Gold Medal at the 2012 Paralympic Games in London.

Mark is now an Ambassador for ActionCoach and offers business advice and guidance on how to succeed and improve systems and processes within companies.

“It was a great privilege to meet Mark and to hear his incredible story.  He is truly inspirational not only from his sporting endeavours but also showing that anything is possible if you are determined to succeed” said Tom.
