CASS at Urban Village Again!

CASS are once again working with R&M Williams on the second phase of the Urban Village development in Swansea.

The site will offer not only apartment accommodation with car parking but also office and commercial space.  CASS worked on phase one of the development in 2013 and it’s great that we can be part of the continued improvement plans within the city.

“It is so good to be back working on the next phase of this project.  The CASS team are working well with the R&M Williams site team and everything is going to plan and on schedule.  This is a challenging site as we have had to close roads and install a crane to get the equipment onto site, but these are the challenges that we like” said Tom Gent, CASS Managing Director.
