CASS Building Homes in Barry

Taylor Wimpey have commissioned CASS yet again to continue with the scaffolding on the next phase of the housing development on Barry Waterfront.

The Latitude development is made up of two, three and four-bedroom homes and has brought much needed regeneration to the Barry Docklands.  This phase is adding to the Quays development and will include a range of amenities including waterfront cafes and restaurants, shops and two supermarkets along with green space.  CASS will continue to work on this site until 2019 and will include two more phases which makes this housing development the largest in the Vale at the moment.
