CASS Go to Tottenham

CASS are currently working with the Formation Group on the regeneration of Berol Yard in Tottenham, London.

The work includes the erection of two buildings between 8 and 14 storeys which will provide residential units, commercial floorspace and education floorspace.  There will also be car and cycle parking along with outside space.

CASS have been on site since November 2019 and the work will continue until at least November this year.  The teams are obviously working within the government guidelines and this has brought challenges but working with the client site team has allowed us to continue without any issues.
