CASS Raise the Roof

CASS have been working on the Parkview Project in Bristol for a Caridon.

We have been erecting a temporary roof on an existing office block that is being converted into student accommodation.  An additional floor is being added to the building and we have built a rolling and static roof over the 8000sqms of building.

The complete build is made up of five phases and phase one is completed and we are well in to phase two.  The work is due to be completed in July 2020 and is currently on schedule.

“This is a challenging job as we have to span joining roofs, but we have met these challenges head on and the work is going well” said Nick Carey, CASS Senior Contracts Manager.
