CASS and R&M Williams Partner Again

CASS have recently completed the scaffolding on the refurbishment of this housing development in Overstone Court in the Cardiff Bay area.

CASS are pleased to be working once again with R&M Williams, and the apartments offering a range of accommodation near the city centre are perfectly located.  The build is prominently seen on the Cardiff skyline.  The scaffold from the ground to the penthouse was the tallest residential building block in Cardiff.
