CASS Take the Lead

CASS have recently been awarded the scaffolding contract in Tottenham on the former Berol Yard Pencil Factory.

The project which is managed by Formation will include 166 residential apartments, a shared social lounge and gym, as well as a dining room and outdoor amenity space.  The site is in a prime spot with easy access to central London.

The scaffolding works will start soon and will take 10 months to complete and the contract is worth £700k to CASS.
