CASS Taking Action

Four members of the CASS management team recently attended the two day ‘Business Excellence Forum and Awards’ conference in Telford, in which over 1200 people attended.

The event was organised and managed by ActionCOACH UK and included some amazing speakers including Sir Clive Woodward who was inspirational in offering advice and guidance on how to build the best team, whether in a sporting or business environment.

The ActionCOACH Founder and CEO Brad Sugars also gave an insight into why he is the World’s number one coach.

“The two days were very intensive but thought provoking and working with our ActionCoach Graham Orange certainly made us as a management team look at simple changes to not only improve what we do as a business but what we can achieve personally” said Tom Gent, CASS Managing Director.
