CASS Wins £1m Contract with Galliford Try Partnerships

The first major project for the newly formed Galliford Try Partnerships West is the £42m contract for the construction of the Stoke Gifford Retirement Village.  CASS Supplies have been awarded the scaffolding contract work with a value of around £1m.

The winning of this contract follows on from CASS’s success in a number of previous projects including Gloucestershire Cricket Club and the regeneration of the Brewery Quarter in Dorchester.   On both these projects CASS management have worked with the new Galliford Try Partnerships West Director Jon Young.

CASS Senior Contracts Manager Nick Carey, said “Working closely with Jon at both the large contracts in Dorchester and at the Cricket Club has always been a pleasure but also a challenge because of the exacting standards that Jon expects from all these partners.  Our scaffolding teams are really excited at the chance of demonstrating their commitment to this very high profile project.”

Work by CASS Supervisor Jon Wingren and his skilled team has already started and the project is due for completion in early 2018.
