CASS work with Watkin Jones to build more urgently needed student accommodation in Swansea

The continuing growth in demand for student rooms has resulted in a very quick turn around in building Phase 2 of accommodation on the Morfa Road site in Swansea.

CASS Supervisor Jamie Dix and his team worked very closely with the Watkin Jones team to ensure that this high profile project kept to plan.  Jamie said “Working with the onsite Watkin Jones team has been a real delight.  We have been lucky enough to have help from both the crane driver and telehandler operatives which has saved us huge amounts of effort and time.”

The project moved forward at such a pace that Jamie and his team were getting ready to start stripping the first lot of scaffold immediately after finishing the erection of the last section!
