New build apartments in Cardiff’s Dockland

The busy and vibrant area of Cardiff has been transformed over the last 20 years into a centre for entertainment, fine dining and chic apartments. This latest development by Intelle is adjacement to the birth place of children’s author Roald Dahl. The development consists of the conversion of offices into 32 apartments including secure parking for residents.

CASS will be supplying and erecting the external scaffolding as well as internal birdcage scaffold for the garage area, lift shaft scaffold and handrails. Work started on this project before Christmas 2014 and is due for completion mid 2015.
