Results from CASS Client Satisfaction Surveys are as good as a “Ten from Len”!
As part of CASS’s commitment to excellence whenever possible clients are asked to complete a 14 question satisfaction survey either during or after completion of a job. Two recent surveys returned from the Watkin Jones site in Bristol and the R&M Williams Sketty Church job in Swansea have scored maximum marks throughout.
Both of these clients were full of praise for the work that CASS scaffolders had carried out and the way that the relationship with CASS at all levels has worked. In his comments in the survey Richard Ingram from Watkin Jones said “Very well organized and professional company right through from site level to upper management”.
CASS Director Mike Spray commented “Working with these clients is challenging bit always rewarding. I am delighted that we have such strong positive feedback from them”.
