Student Accommodation in New Bridewell, Bristol

The second phase of the Watkin Jones development of two very large student accommodation blocks in central Bristol is nearing “topping off”. In total, both phases of this project will deliver 499 beds and 6500 sqft of ground floor commercial space. CASS has not only erected the complex scaffolding and edge protection but also wrapped to whole building in monoflex sheeting for additional public safety. The project is due for completion in August 2016.
