Taylor Wimpey, Barry Waterfront, Phase 2

After the successful completion of the first phase of house building on the waterfront in Barry, CASS has started on the second phase of this major project.

The transformation of the western end of the old coal docks into modern waterfront living is moving ahead at a good pace and CASS are delighted to be working closely with Taylor Wimpey once again.

This is just one of the sites in South Wales where CASS has been engaged by Taylor Wimpey.  Other sites include housing developments in Rogerstone and Central Newport.
