    Developing Future Leaders

CASS launched the ‘NextGen’ Group, a follow on from our inhouse apprenticeship program, to invest in the future of the company by fostering the development of young talent. This select group of 18-30 year olds meet quarterly to engage in structured personal and professional growth plans.

The initiative ensures these individuals feel valued and gain insight into key business processes, including bidding, contract management, and leadership roles. To further support their career progression, CASS facilitate sessions with a financial advisor, life coach, and career coach, alongside investments in tailored training programs to support their progression within the company.

It’s a great opportunity to be learning and earning at the same time. The skills you gain from it will stick with you for life and set you up with a good career”

    From Yard to Contracts Management

At CASS, we believe in recognising hard work and investing in those who show true dedication. Morgan and Theo started their journey with us as labourers, putting in the graft in the yard and proving themselves with their work ethic and commitment. Their drive and willingness to learn didn’t go unnoticed, and we knew they had the potential to take their careers further.

Now, as trainee Contracts Managers, they’re stepping up to new challenges, gaining the skills and experience needed to manage projects and lead from the front. Their progression is proof that with the right attitude and the right support, opportunities in this industry are limitless.
