Morgan and Theo started their journey with us as labourers, putting in the graft in the yard and proving themselves with their work ethic and commitment. Their drive and willingness to learn didn’t go unnoticed, and we knew they had the potential to take their careers further.

Now, as trainee Contracts Managers, they’re stepping up to new challenges, gaining the skills and experience needed to manage projects and lead from the front. Their progression is proof that with the right attitude and the right support, opportunities in this industry are limitless.
