The final stages of the development of a new apartment block in Cardiff Bay

The partnership between Bellway and CASS has been ongoing for over 12 months on this large apartment complex in the rapidly expanding Ferry Road area of Cardiff. In the earlier stages of the development CASS has provided edge protection handrails for the whole of the block.

In the latter stages of the development CASS has been providing loading bays up 5 floors from ground level. These loading bays provide access to the building from the external hoists.
